Frequently Asked Questions

How does a design project start — what are the first steps?

It begins with a conversation about your space, lifestyle, and budget. Once we align on the scope, I take measurements and we sign an agreement. The project then moves through four stages: space planning, 3D visualisation, working drawings, and product selection. You’re involved at every step, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

Do I need to be physically present, or can we work remotely?

Not at all. I work with clients in Greece and internationally, and remote collaboration is a natural part of how the studio operates. You share photos and measurements, and I deliver everything digitally — plans, 3D visuals, drawings, and product links. We communicate via video calls, Viber, or WhatsApp. And I can travel to your country when it is needed.

How long does a full interior design project typically take?

For two-bedroom apartment, typically 8 -10 weeks. Larger homes, villas or commercial spaces may take longer from 4 month. I’ll give you a clear timeline at the start so you can plan your renovation accordingly.

What happens during the author supervision phase?

I make sure your renovation matches the design in every detail. This includes site visits, consultations with your builders, checking that materials and colours are applied correctly, and updating the documentation if anything needs to change on site. It’s professional oversight throughout construction, so the result looks exactly as designed.

What is the difference between a Full Design Project, an Express Design Project, and Decoration?

A Full Design Project is a complete service for those building from scratch or doing a full renovation. It covers everything: space planning, 3D visualisation, all technical drawings for construction, and product selection. This is the right choice when walls are moving, floors are changing, or systems like plumbing and electrical need to be redesigned.

An Express Design Project is for homes that are already in good condition and don’t need renovation work. Instead of technical construction drawings, the focus is on transforming the look and feel of your space — through furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor. It’s faster, more affordable, and ideal if you want a professionally designed interior without the disruption of a full renovation.

What is the cost of the interior design service?

The cost depends on the size of your space, the scope of work, and the type of service that’s right for you. Every project is individual, so I prepare a personal offer after learning about your specific needs and goals.
The best next step is to book a short call — it’s free and there’s no obligation. We’ll discuss your space, your plans, and I’ll put together an offer tailored to your project.

Can I order just the space planning without the full design?

Yes, absolutely. A space planning service is a great option in two situations: when you want to explore the possibilities of your current space, or when you’re buying a new apartment and want to understand whether it can be replanned to suit your family’s needs — before you commit to anything. It’s a practical first step that gives you clarity without the investment of a full design project.

Do you help with sourcing and purchasing furniture and materials?

Yes, this is a dedicated service called Purchase Assistance. I help you select and source furniture, lighting, textiles, and materials that match your design and budget, saving you the time and effort of researching everything yourself. It’s available as part of a Full or Express project.

Do you work with the client's existing contractor, or do you recommend one?

Both options work well. If you already have a contractor you trust, I’m happy to collaborate with them and make sure the design is implemented correctly. If you’re still looking, I can recommend trusted professionals from my network. Either way, I’ll be there to ensure the result matches the project.

What is the minimum apartment or house size you work with?

I work primarily with apartments from 100 m² and above, villas, and boutique hotels. If you’re unsure whether your space fits, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to have a quick chat and see if we’re a good match.

Is a consultation available before committing to a full project?

Yes, and it’s actually something I recommend. A consultation is a great opportunity to discuss your space, your ideas, and your goals before deciding on the scope of work. It helps us understand each other and ensures that whatever service you choose is the right fit for your project. (Link to book the consultation)

How do you incorporate the client's personal style and wishes?

Every project starts with getting to know you — your lifestyle, your taste, how you use your space, and what makes you feel at home. I ask the right questions, listen carefully, and often ask clients to share images and references that inspire them. From there, I develop a concept that reflects your personality while bringing my expertise in proportion, function, and detail. The design is always yours — I’m here to shape it and make it work beautifully.
