Family Tree House in Kyiv

A house for a young family of 160 m2, located in the suburbs of Kyiv.

Here is a very unusual multi-storey layout. On the 1st floor – a kitchen and a living room, a bathroom, 1.5 mezzanine – a children’s room, 2nd floor – a bedroom, an office and a bathroom, and 2.5 mezzanine – a guest room. There is also a basement for household needs.

I called this project Family Tree. The concept is based on family values, warmth and comfort, natural colors and materials.
